🗑️ Community Waste Management: Trash & Recycling Guidelines

Auburn Fields Community,

To maintain the aesthetic standards and cleanliness of Auburn Fields, all residents are required to adhere to the following waste management protocols. Proper storage and disposal are essential for community stewardship and operational efficiency.

General Trash Disposal

Trash bins must be stored out of public view from the street at all times. Bins may be placed at the curb no earlier than 24 hours prior to scheduled pickup and must be returned to their storage location by noon of the upcoming pickup day.

Recycling Protocols

The community recycling program is a shared responsibility. Residents must utilize the designated community bins located at the intersection of Auburn Fields Way and Autumn Branch Way. To ensure effective processing, please strictly observe the following classification of materials:

• Acceptable Recyclables: Clean office paper, newspapers, magazines, junk mail, aluminum, steel, and tin cans, and plastic bottles or jugs.
• Strictly Prohibited Items: Glass of any kind, Styrofoam, plastic bags or film, food-contaminated items (such as greasy pizza boxes), hazardous waste, electronics, and yard debris.
• Mandatory Cardboard Preparation: All corrugated cardboard MUST be completely flattened before disposal. Unflatten boxes waste critical bin space and may impede the recycling process.
