Dear Auburn Fields Residents,
Please be advised of an important schedule change regarding our community Lawn Aeration Services. Due to approaching adverse weather conditions, the service date has been moved up from Monday, October 12th to Friday, October 9th, between 7:00 AM and 5:00 PM.
Weather System Update & Reason for Rescheduling
Utah is currently bracing for an incoming weather system associated with Tropical Storm Rachel, which is pulling deep tropical moisture into the state and expected to cause a multi-day rain event. Performing aeration prior to heavy rainfall allows the soil cores to absorb maximum moisture and nutrients while preventing heavy equipment from damaging waterlogged lawns during or after the storm. Rescheduling to Friday ensures the work is completed safely and effectively.
Important Action Items & Resident Requirements
To allow the landscaping crews to work efficiently and safely across all properties, residents must complete the following prior to 7:00 AM on Friday:
- Clear Lawns & Work Areas: Please ensure all personal items, including lawn furniture, toys, hoses, and dog waste, are completely removed from all lawn areas prior to service.
- Ensure Yard & Gate Access: Please keep backyard gates unlocked and propped open so the crew can access all lawn areas easily.
- Keep Pets Indoors: Please keep all pets inside during service hours to ensure their safety and allow the crew to work efficiently.
