As the watering season comes to a close, please be aware that Secondary Water service is scheduled to be shut off around October 15th (weather permitting).
Important Action Items & Winterization Checklist:
- Keep an eye on your lawn and sprinkler heads as the season ends and system shut-off approaches.
- If you notice any leaks, broken heads, or unexpected dry spots prior to shut off, notify the HOA.
Please note: Depending on early frost or weather forecasts, the exact shut off date may be adjusted.
