♻️ Community Recycling Reminder

Dear Auburn Fields Homeowners,

We would like to send a friendly reminder regarding the proper use of our community recycling bin to help keep it accessible and available for everyone.

Accepted Recycling Items

The recycling bin is intended only for:

  • Paper
  • Cardboard
  • Aluminum and metal cans
  • Plastic bottles and containers

Please Break Down Cardboard Boxes

Before placing cardboard in the recycling bin, please flatten and break down all boxes. This simple step helps maximize available space and allows more residents to use the bin.

Unfortunately, we’ve noticed that some large boxes are being placed in the bin without being broken down, causing it to fill up quickly and making it difficult for others to dispose of their recycling. Let’s work together to ensure everyone has equal access to this shared community resource.

This Is Not a Dumping Area

We have also seen an increase in items being left in and around the recycling area that do not belong there, including:

  • Wood pallets
  • Construction materials
  • Furniture
  • Household debris
  • Other non-recyclable items

Please remember that the recycling area is not a dumping site. Leaving unauthorized materials in this area creates additional cleanup costs for the community and prevents the recycling service from being used properly.

Compliance and Enforcement

To maintain a clean and functional community, fines may be issued for violations of the HOA rules regarding improper disposal of materials and misuse of the recycling area.

Let’s Be Good Neighbors

A clean and organized community starts with all of us. By taking a few extra moments to flatten boxes and dispose of materials properly, we can keep our recycling area clean, convenient, and available for everyone.

Thank you for your cooperation and for helping make Auburn Fields a better place to live.
